BOOKING POLICY

Hey Dior Doll, Thanks for choosing me for being your stylist!!! Below are a list of policies. Please read through each one. I love for my clients to have a understanding of everything before you come to your appointment. Just want us to be on the same page. Thanks for booking, Can’t wait to Slay!

 

Due to COVID-19, PLEASE WEAR YOUR MASK TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, REFUSING TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN CANCELING YOUR APPOINTMENT!!!

 

 

• My bookings open on a monthly basis (the 15th of every month).

• For any questions regarding your appointment contact me by EMAIL: lequeendior01@gmail.com, Please allow at-least 24 hours for a reply.

• Please be sure to read the full description of each service prior to booking as each service differs in what they include, dropping off closures/frontals and color options.

• ALL services require a deposit($25), this deposit will be paid directly on the website through Paypal, CashApp, Zelle, Debit/Credit Cards. This deposit is NONREFUNDABLE and goes towards the overall balance of the service. If you need to reschedule this deposit is transferrable but it must be within (1 MONTH) of the original appointment date.


• There is a 15 minute grace period, after 15 minutes there is a $10 late fee. If you are over 30 minutes late you will have to reschedule your appointment.

• If you need to reschedule and/or cancel please text/call my contact 334-505-9136. If you choose to cancel, if its within 5 days of booking, your deposit can be returned. After those 5 days, its Non-refundable.

• No Extra Guest allowed. ONLY the client being serviced. If under 18, you can be accompanied by your PARENT only.

• If you book an appointment for a closure/frontal install/ or wig install, Please be sure to drop off your (closures/frontals/wig units) 2 days in advance for customization. If you bring it the day of, there will be an additional $25.

• When purchasing closure/frontal pieces, i prefer you purchase a Transparent/HD piece, or at least close to your skin tone for the best results

• And of course Pictures & videos will be taken so Please be Ready for The Slay.
